Drama

The theatre sessions for the summer camp started off a to welcome start on the 4th of June . A group of 9 very eager and enthusiastic students braving the heat have been reporting enthusiastically for the sessions .On day 1, we started off with some theatre warm up games aimed at familiarization and loosening up . Subsequently , we started work on the theme of the 9 emotions as described in the Natya shastra . On day  1 itself , we moved into improvisation  using anger as a theme . The students were amazing with their ebullient energy and well thought out pieces.
On day 2 , we carried on the work and created some interesting pieces on Haasya Ras – ticlkilng the funny bone , which the students seemed to enjoy immensely .
